3D Modelling

Let us take your 2D plans and transform them into a detailed 3D model that will allow to fully visualise your project

1. Contact us to set up a consultation to determine your requirements and how best we can deliver your 3D BIM Model. 

    

2. Once we determine what you want to get from your model we will then request any information needed to complete the model.                                                                                                                                                                               

3. Send us your 2D drawings and as much information you have available, as this will help us build your model to suit your needs. Ideally we would need AutoCAD drawings if available, but we can work off PDF's also. The more information you send us the better and more detailed your model will be.                                                                                                                                                                            

4. We then take this information and build your model using Revit, a 3D modelling software used to produce detailed 3D model.                                         

5. Once completed we can then use this model to produce detailed visualisations of your project, both interior and exterior, depending on your request, or let us take the model further, and offer you a tailored BIM solution to help you better manage your project.                                        

6. At the end of the process we will then hand over your model in various file formats that will let you view it via various BIM model viewers and share with your designers and construction team
